Sacred Use & Care Policy

We invite you to treat your case as your very own personal sacred tool, shield, or personal energetic companion. Your crystal cases are designed to be more than accessories, they are made for holding your intentions, your energetic grounding, and as a daily reminder to consciously connection with your technology.

Excessive dropping, impact, or force may cause natural stones to shift or release. This is not a defect, but a reflection of the organic materials and handcrafted nature of each piece. We want you to know that each case has been specially crafted with intention to support your phone with care while protecting what matters most, your energy.

Shipping Expectations

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing before shipment, as some pieces are made or finished to order. Tracking provided once shipped.

Returns & Store Credit

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition to be eligible. Due to the energetic nature of the crystals, once an item has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not offered for damage caused by normal wear and tear, including crystals loosening due to force. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
