They are best suited for those who value conscious living, intentional use, and a deeper relationship with the objects they carry every day. Excessive dropping, impact, or force may cause natural stones to shift or release. This is not a defect, but a reflection of the organic materials and handcrafted nature of each piece.

These cases are specially crafted with intention to support your phone with care while protecting what matters most, your energy. 

Shipping Expectations

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing before shipment, as some pieces are made or finished to order. Tracking provided once shipped.

Returns & Store Credit

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition to be eligible. Due to the energetic nature of the crystals, once an item has been used, it is considered a completed energetic exchange and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not offered for damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or normal wear, including crystals loosening due to force. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
